2) When adding your personalisation, please note that all text is case sensitive unless stated otherwise and will appear as requested so please ensure you enter your personalisation exactly as you would like it to be seen.
3) Please ensure you do not exceed the character limit (which includes spaces) to avoid personalisation being missed off the item - details for personalising your item can be found in the item description.
4) Do not include accents or special symbols within your personalisation as our processes do not enable them and will omit any special symbols/accents from the personalisation.
5) Any errors made on your behalf cannot be rectified once processed so please check and check again before submitting. - Are you in a rush or sending your gift direct to the recipient? No worries, we have it covered!
1) Select the "Gift Wrap" option from the drop down menu.
2) During the checkout phase, enter your personalised gift message (up to 200 characters) in the "Gift Message" box provided.

Delivery at Peak Times - Please be aware that during peak times such as Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.We hope you are happy with your order, however if for any reason you would like to return an item to us, we offer a FREE returns policy and can accept back any item (excluding personalised products or perishable goods) within 30 days of the order being received for a refund or exchange.

All items must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your courier, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

If you need to cancel an order placed with us, you can do so at any time, unless it is a personalised order which has already been produced. Please contact us to enquire on your order progress.
Damaged / Faulty Items
Quality is very important to us and we always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition and securely packaged however, there are times due to situations beyond our control such as damage in post, that your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@forevercherishedgifts.com so we can assist in sending a replacement or a refund.
