I've made a mistake with my personalised order, can I change it?


Don't worry, despite checking and re-checking these things can happen and as long as your order hasn't already gone into production there is a good chance we can amend your order. Please contact us straight away so that we can do our best to help you. If your order has already gone into production I'm afraid we won't be able to make any amendments. Further guidance can be found in our terms and conditions.




I've ordered a number of items but I've only received some of them, where are my other items?


Due to the variety of products we offer, we have a number of warehouses and specialist workshops across the country and whilst we try to ship all products together in one parcel, from time to time this is not possible. On these occasions, to avoid any delays, we will send your items in separate parcels.




Do you deliver outside of the UK?


Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of the UK.




I have a discount code but I forgot to apply it, can I still use it?


Don't worry, as long as the discount code is still valid, simply contact us and we will happily arrange a refund for the difference.




Does the diamond jewellery come with certification?


All our diamond jewellery comes with an option for certification. We will send off your chosen piece to an independent gemlab based in Hatton Garden in London, considered the UK capital of diamonds! Highly trained and experienced Gemologists will appraise your piece and issue a jewellery report. The reports is credit card sized and will include all the 4C’s – cut, colour, clarity and carat, including all Hallmarks and content of precious metals. The certificate is your assurance that the diamond you are buying is as per our description. It is not a valuation of your diamond, but a stamp of authenticity for your peace of mind. The diamond jewellery is not necessarily more valuable because of it.
