Don't worry, despite checking and re-checking these things can happen and as long as your order hasn't already gone into production there is a good chance we can amend your order. If your order has already gone into production I'm afraid we won't be able to make any amendments. Further guidance can be found in our terms and conditions.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Typically, non-personalised orders are processed within 1 business day and Personalised orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes an additional 2-3 business days unless you have opted for an Express Delivery option. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We offer a 30-day FREE return policy for all our products (excluding personalised products or perishable goods). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Contact our customer service at info@forevercherishedgifts.com to initiate the return process.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@forevercherishedgifts.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Due to the variety of products we offer, we have a number of warehouses and specialist workshops across the country. While we try to ship all products together in one parcel, from time to time this is not possible. On these occasions, to avoid any delays, we will send your items in separate parcels.
