Cancellations & Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or you have ordered an item incorrectly you are welcome to return it to us. Please email us at info@forevercherishedgifts.com where we will be happy to help you log your return. We can accept back any item to us (excluding personalised products, perishable goods, sale items, and earrings) within 7 days of the order being received for a refund or exchange.

All items must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of the dispatch note.

All goods returned to our offices are at your responsibility, we recommend obtaining proof of postage from Royal Mail, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.

Refunds or exchanges will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

If you need to cancel an order placed with us, you can do so at any time, unless it is a personalised order which has already been produced. Please email info@forevercherishedgifts.com to inquire on your order progress.
