All items must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your courier, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Damaged / Faulty Items

Quality is very important to us and we always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition and securely packaged however, there are times due to situations beyond our control such as damage in post, that your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@forevercherishedgifts.com so we can assist in sending a replacement or a refund.
