Before You Order

 

Please Check Your Personalisation Carefully

All names, dates, messages and other personalised details will be reproduced exactly as entered when placing your order. We recommend taking a moment to check all spelling, capitalisation, punctuation and formatting to ensure everything appears exactly as you'd like it to.

 

Personalisation Is Case-Sensitive

Unless otherwise stated within the product description, all text will appear exactly as submitted. Please enter your personalisation using your preferred capital letters, punctuation and spacing.

 

Character Limits Apply

To ensure the best possible result, each product has a maximum character allowance. Please refer to the product description for specific character limits and ensure your personalisation, including spaces, falls within the stated allowance.

 

Special Characters and Symbols

Our personalisation process may not support certain accents, emojis or special symbols. Where unsupported characters are entered, they may be omitted during production.

 

Changes After Ordering

As personalised items are made to order, changes may not be possible once production has begun. We therefore encourage you to review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

How It Works

 

1. Select Gift Wrap

Choose the "Gift Wrap" option from the drop-down menu on the product page.

 

2. Add Your Gift Message

During checkout, enter your personalised gift message (up to 200 characters) in the "Gift Message" box provided.

 

3. Leave the Rest to Us

We'll carefully gift wrap your order and include your personalised message, ensuring your gift is ready to delight the recipient upon arrival.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible; however, as many of our items are personalised to order, please allow 1–3 working days for your item to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Please note that we do not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery During Peak Periods

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods, such as Christmas and other seasonal events. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times and will always do our best to keep your order moving as quickly as possible.

Returns

 

We offer a FREE returns policy on eligible items and accept returns on non-personalised products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

Unfortunately, unless faulty or damaged, we are unable to accept returns on personalised items or perishable goods, as these products are made or prepared specifically for you.

 

To arrange a return, simply contact us at info@forevercherishedgifts.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist.

 

Please ensure all returned items are unused and in their original packaging and condition. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage from your chosen courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Orders can usually be cancelled prior to dispatch. However, personalised items may not be cancelled once production has begun. If you're unsure about the status of your order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to advise.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@forevercherishedgifts.com.

 

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.
