3) Please ensure you do not exceed the character limit (which includes spaces) to avoid personalisation being missed off the item - details for personalising your item can be found in the item description.
 
4) Do not include accents or special symbols within your personalisation as our processes do not enable them and will omit any special symbols/accents from the personalisation.
 
5) Any errors made on your behalf cannot be rectified once processed so please check and check again before submitting.
