5) Any errors made on your behalf cannot be rectified once processed so please check and check again before submitting.

All items must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your courier, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.

Damaged / Faulty Items

Quality is very important to us and we always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition and securely packaged however, there are times due to situations beyond our control such as damage in post, that your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state.
